Riyadh Cables approached us for MEE 2019 to help them leave behind a memorable experience. We raised the bar higher and made it unforgettable. Like all projects, we were involved from the get-go, ensuring expert involvement at each stage of the process. It all began with the exhibit space. 225sqare meters of meticulously designed and fabricated space to foster effortless interactions and garner maximum brand visibility. But we were far from done.
Our client was hosting 500 delegates for the event, flying in from different parts of the globe. Our logistics team was dispatched to manage the comprehensive schedule, right from travel and transfer arrangements to accommodation and event activities. So the whole process was smooth, efficient and hassle-free.
The accolades heaped on us at the end of MEE 2019 by delegates, visitors and our clients alike remain testament to the fact that we didn’t just deliver event requirements, we delivered confexperiences!
