In a remarkable feat of coordination, the FieldCore AIM Conference united over 600 engineers and resource managers from Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, and the Middle East. Hosted by GE’s FieldCore division, the six-day event went beyond professional development — it fostered team spirit, inspired excellence, and left a lasting impression.
From cutting-edge training sessions to a breathtaking desert gala, AIM was a celebration of technical and human brilliance.
Precision Planning on a Global Scale
An event of this magnitude required more than logistics — it demanded orchestration.
CONFEX handled end-to-end travel and accommodation for attendees from dozens of countries, while also co-developing an agenda that blended technical depth with leadership inspiration.
The flow of the agenda was strategic with Day 1 being for focused technical workshops, Days 2–5 for morning plenaries and afternoon deep-dives and lastly Day 6 for the Closing keynote & networking lunch.
Every element was designed to boost engagement, retention, and real-world impact.

Despite a hotel under construction and intense desert heat, CONFEX turned challenges into creative opportunities.
A standard boardroom was transformed into a branded gaming lounge and for a Black Tie desert gala it was made comfortable with over 600 cooling fans under open skies.
